The client can choose between:

1.  Full General Clean:  A top & tail clean.

2.  Partial General cleaning of selected rooms.

An end of tenancy clean involves 5 stages:-

Stage 1: Initial contact  the client explains their needs and arranges for us to visit the property. Sometimes there is no need to visit the property and we can quote over the telephone using the clients specification as a guide.

Stage 2: Our Estimator visits the property and surveys the clients cleaning requirements.

Stage 3: We submit a detailed quotation outlining exactly what will be cleaned and the work which needs to be undertaken.

Stage 4:The Clean: The supervisor and cleaning team work to a very strict specifications.

Stage 5: The Supervisor inspects the work and signs the work off before presenting the property to the client.
